"I am Harsh Kanwar, a dedicated and passionate individual currently pursuing my Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.B.S). With the credentials of a Certified Nutritionist and a Lecturer specializing in exercise science, anatomy, and biomechanics, I stand at the forefront of health and fitness education."

​Science also keeps growing, and what overtakes it, is better science, we wouldn’t have survived worldwide pandemics if not for science. Science makes us better and we make science better, in every aspect of life, My approach is updated to the recent field of science of nutrition and exercise of the human body. I conduct lectures and create competent trainers via certified courses on exercise science and nutrition. In these sessions we have complete breakdown of complex topics like human anatomy, physics of our body, physiology, biochemical basis of nutrition. While these words may seem overwhelmingly big, learning these will guarantee my students better client results. Also while being a master of the trainers, im a trainer myself. I transform busy/dedicated individuals to a newer self mentally and physically. My transformations speak of only success and sustainability, having worked with over 2000 clients, im sure that your body is completely safe in my guidance, no matter how bad your medical and mental condition may be.
