This policy explains what information is collected when you visit harshkanwar.com or interact with Transform with Kanwar (TWK) services, how it is used, and your rights. We operate in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act 2000.

Data We Collect
Directly from you: only what you voluntarily send us. Emails you send, information you share during a discovery call, payment details if you purchase a product (processed by payment providers; we don't store card numbers), and course intake forms if you enroll in coaching or courses.
Automatically: basic server and browser data if you visit this site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). This is standard for any website and is used only to diagnose technical problems and prevent abuse.
Third-Party Services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may embed videos from YouTube. These services may set cookies and receive technical data (IP, user agent) when their content loads. They do not receive personal information about you from us.
Course enrollment is delivered through Skool. If you enroll, Skool's privacy policy applies to your course account. Payments are processed by standard providers (Razorpay, Stripe, or equivalent) who each have their own privacy policies.
How We Use Your Data
Information is used to deliver services you've asked for: coaching, course access, responding to emails, processing payments. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver those services.
Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. To exercise any of these, email hk@harshkanwar.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking cookies. Third-party services (Google Fonts, YouTube embeds) may. You can opt out of those at any point via your browser settings or by declining cookies in the on-site banner.
Data Retention
Emails are kept for as long as needed to respond or maintain an ongoing relationship. Course and coaching records are kept for the duration of your access plus a reasonable archival period. You can request deletion at any time.
Changes to This Policy
If the policy changes, the "last updated" date at the bottom will reflect that. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients or students.
