By using this website or purchasing any service from Harsh Kanwar / Transform with Kanwar ("TWK"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use the site or services. Governing law is the Republic of India.
Services Offered
This includes the TWK 1-on-1 coaching program, The Science of Food (SOF) self-paced course, Conquer (business course for fitness coaches), and any future digital or coaching products offered under the TWK brand.
Important scope note. Harsh Kanwar is MBBS (Final Year) (not yet a licensed physician) and an expert nutritionist. All coaching and course content is delivered as nutritional and fitness education, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Coaching Services (TWK)
TWK coaching is a 3-month minimum engagement. The fee is ₹50,000 payable upfront. You receive weekly 1-on-1 calls, a custom nutrition protocol, training programming, daily WhatsApp access, and weekly progress review.
Refunds: once coaching begins, the full fee is non-refundable. Before coaching begins, you are entitled to a full refund if requested in writing within 48 hours of payment.
Your responsibilities: adherence to the plan, honest reporting during check-ins, disclosure of any medical conditions or medications, and reasonable communication. Outcomes depend on consistency; results cannot be guaranteed.
Courses (SOF and Conquer)
Courses are delivered via Skool (or equivalent learning platform). Access is granted upon successful payment and is tied to the email address used for purchase.
Refunds: a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you email hk@harshkanwar.com within 7 days, a full refund is issued and access is revoked. After 7 days, no refunds.
Access: lifetime access to the course as it evolves, subject to these terms remaining in effect. Access is personal; you may not share logins or redistribute content.
Intellectual Property
All content published on this site, in the courses, and in coaching materials (including writing, video, curriculum, graphics and branding) is the intellectual property of Harsh Kanwar. It may not be copied, redistributed, or used in your own commercial products without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Coaching and course content is educational. You are responsible for your own health decisions. You should consult a qualified licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, training, or supplementation, especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition or are on medication.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harsh Kanwar / TWK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Testimonials and Results
Testimonials are real but not representative of every client's experience. Individual results depend on many factors including starting point, adherence, sleep, stress, and genetics. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to services in cases of abusive conduct, non-payment, or breach of these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund where the breach was on your side.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of business of Harsh Kanwar.
